October 27, 2015:  The Dearborn Public Schools successfully made a contact with an astronaut aboard the International Space Station at the Michael Berry Center! This was a fantastic Special Event for the students, staff, and all of the Amateur Radio Operators!

Astronaut Kjell Lindgren and his tweet on Anniversary Greetings on ARISS in Space!  (click on his photo for the link to ARRL site)  Dr. Lindgren successfully landed back on Earth aboard a Soyuz spacecraft on Friday, December 11, 2015.
